“In view of the amount of work involved and the fact the property was owned by an elderly lady, Bryan was excellent in his pre work communication, spending a few hours with the owner discussing what work was going to be done. Bryan’s directly employed team were excellent. The house was vacant whilst the work was being carried out, and at every visit I made (even unannounced), they were working. The sub-contracted trades (plaster, carpenter, plumber and electrician) were also very good and I have used or recommended them to others already.”
